Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all refund requests for services provided by Million Global Leads (MGL). By making a payment to MGL, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Website Development and Design

MGL does not issue refunds for website development and design services after 7 calendar days from the payment date. If you have a concern within the 7-day window, contact MGL in writing to begin a refund request.

Search Engine Optimization

MGL does not issue refunds for search engine optimization services after 7 calendar days from the payment date. If you have a concern within the 7-day window, contact MGL in writing to begin a refund request.

Meta Ads Management

MGL does not issue refunds for Meta Ads management services after 7 calendar days from the payment date. If you have a concern within the 7-day window, contact MGL in writing to begin a refund request.

Programmatic SEO

For programmatic SEO services, MGL offers a performance-based refund within 90 calendar days from the payment date, subject to the following condition.

A refund is available only if zero target keywords appear in positions 1 through 100 in Google organic search results on any page of the client’s website at the close of the 90-day period. If one or more target keywords appear within positions 1 through 100 in Google organic search results on any page of the client’s website, no refund will be issued.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the client must submit a written request to MGL via our contact page or by email to contact@milliongloballeads.com, including the service purchased, the payment date, and the reason for the request. MGL has 5 business days from receipt of the written request to resolve the issue or confirm refund eligibility. Refund requests submitted after the applicable window (7 calendar days for website design and SEO services, or 90 calendar days for programmatic SEO) will not be considered.

Client Cooperation

This refund policy applies only where MGL has been provided with the access, materials, and approvals necessary to perform the contracted service. If a client fails to provide required website access, login credentials, content, or timely feedback, MGL bears no liability for delays or outcomes, and the refund policy does not apply.

Chargebacks

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with a bank or payment provider without first completing the refund request process outlined above voids all refund eligibility. MGL reserves the right to contest any unauthorized chargeback.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing time is 5 to 10 business days from the date of approval.

Intellectual Property

MGL retains full ownership of all work product created during a service engagement, including website mockups, design files, code, SEO reports, keyword research, and written content. Issuance of a refund does not transfer any deliverables or intellectual property rights to the client.

Results Disclaimer

MGL does not guarantee specific search rankings, lead volumes, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. SEO and digital marketing results depend on factors outside MGL’s control, including Google algorithm updates, competitive market conditions, website technical health, and client responsiveness. This disclaimer applies to all services except as expressly stated in the Programmatic SEO section above.
